Ingredients
- 1 Guinness
- 1 pale beer
- 2 beer glasses (300ml)
Method
Holding the glass at a 45-degree angle, pour the pale beer to halfway.
For the Guinness half of the glass, place the glass in the upright position, take a spoon, and slowly pour the stout over the back of the spoon to fill the glass.
Let the cocktail stand for 5 seconds, in order to accentuate the separation.
